Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Anyone can participate in the WebZap Studioz Referral Program. No registration fee or prior experience is required.
2. Valid Referral Criteria
A referral will be considered valid only if:
The client is new to WebZap Studioz
The referral is shared before we are already in contact with the client
The referrer provides correct contact details
3. Commission Payment Terms
Commission is paid only after full or first confirmed payment is received from the client
Payment will be processed within 3–7 working days after confirmation
No commission will be paid on pending, cancelled, or refunded projects
4. Commission Structure
Commission will be based on the agreed percentage or fixed amount at the time of deal closure
WebZap Studioz reserves the right to update commission rates at any time
5. No Claim Without Confirmation
Referrers must inform and confirm the referral with WebZap Studioz
Claims without prior confirmation will not be considered
6. Duplicate Referrals
In case of multiple referrals for the same client, the commission will be given to the first confirmed referrer only
7. Misuse & Fraud
Any false, spam, or misleading referrals will lead to disqualification from the program
No commission will be paid in such cases
8. Communication Responsibility
WebZap Studioz will handle all client communication, pricing, and closing
Referrers are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of the company
9. Payment Method
Commission will be paid via UPI / Bank Transfer only
Referrer must provide correct payment details
10. Program Changes
WebZap Studioz reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice
